BANANA PEANUT BUTTER ICE CREAM

Ingredients:
  • 3 cups milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 lemon, juice
Method:
  1. Beat eggs in a bowl.
  2. Beat in sugar.
  3. Heat milk to almost boiling.
  4. Stir into eggs.
  5. Add cream.
  6. Cool.
  7. Stir 1 cup of milk mixture into peanut butter to make peanut butter more liquid.
  8. Pour peanut butter mixture into milk mixture.
  9. Mix in machine.
  10. While mixing, mash bananas.
  11. Add juice of lemon to bananas.
  12. When ice cream almost solid, add bananas and freeze until done.

ORANGE SORBET

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups fresh orange juice
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
Method:
  1. Heat 1 cup of water and the sugar in a saucepan until dissolved.
  2. Bring to a boil, simmer 2 minutes and leave to cool.
  3. Stir the orange juice and lemon juice into the sugar syrup.
  4. Chill the mixture.
  5. Freeze the mixture in an ice cream machine using it according to manufacturer’s instruction.

VANILLA FROZEN YOGURT

Ingredients:
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 envelope gelatin
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup corn syrup
Method:
  1. Combine the milk, sugar, gelatin, and salt.
  2. Let stand 1 minute.
  3. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes or until the gelatin dissolves.
  4. Let the mixture cool completely.
  5. Stir in the vanilla extract, yogurt, and corn syrup.
  6. Pour into a bowl; cover and chill for 8 hours.
  7. Pour into a ice cream machine and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
