First of all go to www.bannerfans.com and create your banner which has to be 310 pixels wide x 90 pixels high.

You will come to this page. On here you will set your banner to 310 x 90 pixels.

1. Select your banner's size: Custom - Enter size:
2. Select a background mode: I want to upload my own image.
3. If your background image's size is not the same as your banner's: Stretch it to fit my banner.

Next you will click on 'browse' and download an image for your banner. Then click on 'Update my banner'. You will see a thumbnail in the bottom left hand corner.

Now scroll up the page and you will see the beginnings of your banner.

Click on the 'Text & Fonts' tab to create your banner text. Type in where shown. In this case I decided to create two lines.

In the font face column, click on the arrow and a popup will appear with various types of fonts for you to choose from. In this instance, I'm going to choose Black Chancery. You will have to do this for each line you type.

When you have chosen your font, click on 'Update my banner' again then scroll up to see the results.

This is what the banner looks like so far. At this stage you can move the text around with your mouse and position it where you want. You can also make the text larger by clicking on the 'Font size' arrows and choosing your size. Always remember to click on 'Update my banner' with every change you make to see the results.

As you can see, I positioned my text where I want it then I changed the first line text to font size 34px and the second line to font size 18px and I kept the font color in white. You can choose any color you want to reflect the background you use.

Now click on the 'Shadows & Effects' tab.

I decided to use the same shadow angle for both of my text lines, as shown in the image below.

I chose 'bottom right' shadow position for both of my text lines and 4px shadow offset for my first line and 3px shadow offset for my second line. All other options I left them as they are. Remember to click on 'Update my banner' for every change you make to see the results.

When your happy with your banner so far, click on the 'Border' tab if you want a colored border around your banner. I chose a solid border, color black, size 1 for my banner. Remember to click on 'Update my banner' for every change you make to see the results.

When your happy with your banner, click on the 'Download it!' button and save your image to your files where you can find it later on. Please note, the image will be a .png file and you will need to call up the image in an image editor and 'save as' a jpg/jpeg for it to work in your eBid store.
